I decided to make some reviews for new movies every Friday or Saturday, today I'm reviewing Fantastic Mr. Fox....
So I've seen stop motion films before, say Coraline and others, but I literally found Fantastic Mr. Fox amazing. So you'll notice that there are popular voices like George Clooney and Meryl Streep. I was disappointed to find Owen Wilson was in this, but he only had one or two scenes with his character, some strict gym coach who says useless lines. Sometimes I found the humor dry and felt as if it were some hilarious slap-stick to keep me laughing. The movie was "cute" so I would recommend this film for kids who are too scared for A Christmas Carol, which is good, but the new parts of it may freak out kids and make em' wonder why a book they'll never read will be so scary. So The movie takes place in a underground ditch where these animals live next to some pissed off farmer who wants them gone. So Mr. Fox (George Clooney) and Mrs. Fox (Meryl Streep) and all the others get back at the farmers for destroying their home. You'll here some annoying whistle and click sound Mr. Fox does which was just weird and just a sad attempt to make the audience laugh, which was funny the first time, but got really old. But the movie gets really weird when Mr. Fox discovers a titanium credit card and understands what it was right there. But these are small reasons the movie was bad and most of the movie was funny and non-weird, except with the tube-sock kid, but he's was not really important in the film, even though he was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Fox.

note that yes, it has flash on there, but that is from the computer at my parents house and my brother shares it, I made that flash, and I helped him with his sticks with shrooms series. and he made his blogs and the incredible soap when I was gone, so I don't know if there's anything new there...

The Stepfather, true piece of crap, well, it's a remake, and most remakes are terrible.
but really, I'm not giving spoilers, but I could tell what was coming every time some death scene happened (which was about 5 scenes btw.)
so yeah, stay away, you'll have more scares watching the original (which has a sexy daughter instead of a dumbass son :D )

Okay, three movies came out at my local theater yesterday...
1.Where the Wild things Are (I was excited but my friend Rodney said that it was good but the kid was a dipshit 80% of the film, and it's not like the book, so I'm questioning this one)
2.Stepfather-(Remake of one of my favorite horror movies ever, though now it's a son instead of a daughter so they took out that one scene which made it PG-13)
3.Law Abiding Citizen-(So I like Jamie Foxx and Gerald Butler, but it just looks retarded, I understand the SAW like torture scene, but then remote rocket launchers, bombs, and Butler trying his best laugh everywhere, so I don't know)
So I think I'll let MIchelle or Rodney decide, but I'll go for Stepfather, if they aren't any help
(I'm sorry about the small pic)
